These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services we provide to help creators build and manage their brand, including design, consulting, and other related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Accounts

To purchase certain products or access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. 3. Payments

All purchases and payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize Flowtion and Stripe to charge the amount specified at checkout.

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

• You may be responsible for applicable taxes and shipping fees.

• For recurring services (if any), your payment method will be charged automatically until cancellation.

4. Refunds

All payments for Services are handled in accordance with the terms set forth in your signed agreement or contract with the Company. Refunds, cancellations, or adjustments to payments are only provided as explicitly stated in the contract. The Company is not obligated to provide refunds outside of the agreed-upon terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including designs, logos, images, text, and software, is owned by Flowtion or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal activities;

• Interfere with the operation of the Services;

• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or information;

• Upload malicious software or attempt to compromise the security of the Services;

• Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Termination

Flowtion may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the Services and pay any amounts owed.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Flowtion disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowtion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Stripe and Payment Disputes

We use Stripe as our payment processor. Any disputes related to payments, chargebacks, or refunds will follow Stripe’s procedures and Flowtion’s Refunds & Returns policy.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will indicate when changes were made. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
